Riverside College of Health Careers believes in transparency and making things right. If you have a negative experience or see any ethical standards violations at Riverside College of Health Careers, you can express concerns through a complaint to the College and its accreditors.

As a student, if you have a concern related to an academic issue that you are unable to resolve informally with your faculty and/or the staff, you are encouraged to file a grievance with your program director. If you disagree with your program director’s decision, you may appeal their decision to the Student Evaluation Committee (SEC). Decisions of SEC can then be appealed to the Executive Director of the College, the final step in the appeal process at the College.

Students will not be subject to adverse actions by a College official as a result of initiating a grievance or appeal.

Complaints Can Be Submitted Electronically or Mailed

Submit complaints to [email protected]. Complaints that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation with the College, in accordance with its written appeals policy, may be filed with:

James Monroe Building
Richmond, VA 23219
